The Fixed Income team in Singapore offers a broad range of investment services specifically tailored for institutional investors in South East Asia and Australia. The Capital Markets Department covers two business lines: Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Structured Credit Solutions (SCS).

DCM is responsible for debt origination in South and Southeast Asia, providing issuer clients in the region with the opportunity to issue bonds in global markets. Based on an integrated DCM business platform in Asian region, we offer a full range of professional services working closely together with DCM in Hong Kong. SMBC Nikko Singapore M&A Advisory Services Department covers M&A activities within South East Asia and Australia & New Zealand. By leveraging off its close relationships with companies in Japan as well as the wide network of corporates within the region through our SMFG network, it is in a unique position in providing unique and valuable M&A solutions.
